Quebec Remparts hockey club plays in the Quebec Maritime Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), which includes 18 teams spread across Quebec and the Maritimes. Since 1997, Quebec Remparts have been identified with the greater metropolitan region of Quebec and have succeeded in developing a feeling of belonging among the population of the entire territory.

Winners of 3 Memorial Cups and 5 Gilles-Courteau Trophies, the Remparts have seen several big names wear their uniform, such as Guy Lafleur, Alexander Radulov, Simon Gagné, Marc-Edouard Vlasic and Jonathan Marchessault.
