Parking  

You can access the parking lot via Soumande St. You can also reach ExpoCité and the Videotron Centre from the east, via the entrance on Avenue du Colisée.

Public transit  

The Videotron Centre is strategically located on the ExpoCité site and is easily accessible by public transit. 

Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) 

There is scheduled shuttle service to the Videotron Centre. The 405, 410, 430 and 450 shuttle buses each depart once and arrive 45 minutes before the start of the show (30 minutes before the face off for Remparts games).

Taxi stand 

The taxi stand is located east of the Videotron Centre, in front of the Colisée (P4 parking lot). 

 

If you experience any problems or have a complaint about taxi service at the Videotron Centre, please contact the Ville de Québec or the Association coopérative des taxis de Québec.

The Videotron Centre's food concessions will exceed your expectations with a wide variety of high-quality menus for every taste and budget. It’s the perfect place to grab a bite before, during or after an event! 

For an after-work get-together with friends, a lively evening or a quick lunch, you will find a relaxed atmosphere and a crowd-pleasing menu, including popular beers and craft brews.

Customers have free access to the P2B parking lot via Soumande St., except on event days at the Videotron Centre, when parking fees apply.

The Club Bud lounge bar opens when the doors open on event nights. It carries the full line of Labatt beers. Modelled after the popular King Club bars in many North American sports stadiums, Club Bud is the place to enjoy a wide selection of beers in a festive atmosphere. Entertainment on site, children admitted. 

You can also enjoy gourmet food as part of the ultimate experience in our box seats and premium areas during events.

Reduced mobility  

The Videotron Centre was designed to allow full access for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs. There are elevators and access ramps throughout the building. 

Building access 

Door 9, located on the west side of the building near the box office, is reserved for visitors with reduced mobility. There are also automatic doors at both entrances to the lobby, as well as at the box office and the gift shop. 

 

Parking 

Parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities who have a valid parking badge are located near the West entrance. See the reduced mobility parking map

Public transit 

STAC (paratransit) 

The STAC adapted public transit service drops users off at door 9, located near the West entrance to the Videotron Centre, and will accompany people with impaired mobility. A direct line to the STAC service is available in the lobby near the gift shop. 

 

RTC

RTC Métrobus lines 801 and 802 also serve the Videotron Centre and are wheelchair-accessible. The stops near the arena are designed for easy boarding and deboarding.
