Select the order for your event. Then you can view your ticket details, add your mobile tickets to the digital wallet on your phone, or transfer them to someone else.
If you are having trouble signing into your Ticketmaster account, need assistance resetting your password or are experiencing other account issues, please refer to the Ticketmaster help centre.

If you have an Android device, download the Google Wallet app.

Visit the Videotron Centre box office on the day of your event.
We will need your confirmation number, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and an ID card to find your order and access your tickets.
You can send tickets to friends and family using Ticket Transfer. This secure method allows you to transfer some or all of your tickets from your Ticketmaster account to another Ticketmaster account.
Once you have transferred a ticket, it is removed from your account and you can no longer use it. Do NOT transfer a ticket to your own account. The purpose of Ticket Transfer is to send tickets to another person who will accompany you to the event.
If you are going to the event together, you can keep the tickets in your account and have them scanned together at the entrance.
NOTE: If the Ticket Transfer option is not available, the promoter or artist may have set restrictions that disable this feature for that event.
- Open the Ticketmaster app and sign in to your account.
- Select your order in My Events.
- Tap Transfer. If the Transfer button is greyed out, your tickets cannot be transferred.
- Select the tickets you wish to transfer, and tap Transfer to.

All you have to do is press “Send.” If you enter the recipient’s email address, the link to claim the ticket will be sent by email.
- Tap Transfer ticket.
- Make sure you tell the recipient to accept the ticket transfer.
All sales are final and there are no refunds. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Event promoters' policies generally prevent us from exchanging or refunding tickets once they have been purchased.
If your event is cancelled or postponed, please refer to the next section of this FAQ.
If you're no longer able to attend the show, certified resale may be an option, but make sure you understand how it works on the ticketmaster.ca site. Note that certified resale is not available for all events. It is activated only at the request of the promoter and/or the artist.
The seating map shows the venue’s layout but is subject to change at any time. Refunds will not be issued because the seating map has been updated, additional seats or rows have been added, or seating has been changed as a result of a venue change after tickets were purchased.
CANCELLED
In general, if your event is cancelled, no action is required on your part. Ticketmaster will keep you informed and refund the full amount of the order (excluding any courier fees) to the card that was used to make the purchase.
Allow 30 working days following the cancellation for reimbursement.
If you purchased the tickets yourself, return them to the outlet where you bought them.
If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will be made to the person who originally purchased them from Ticketmaster.
POSTPONED
If your event is postponed, Ticketmaster will notify you of the new date and time as soon as possible. Your original tickets will be honoured at the door. Ticketmaster will also provide you with full details of refund options and the refund period authorized by the promoter following a postponement.
All information will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase.
The Videotron Centre and Gestev strongly advise against purchasing tickets from unauthorized resellers.
We can only guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from our official ticket vendors:
- Videotron Centre box office
- www.ticketmaster.ca
The validity of tickets bought from unauthorized sellers can only be checked when you arrive at the Videotron Centre for the event. You are putting your trust and your money in the hands of a third party, and there are no guarantees. The risk of fraud is high. We urge caution.
Please note that we can only guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from authorized sales outlets. However, some fan clubs do sell tickets and/or VIP packages themselves.
We recommend contacting the resale site where you purchased your tickets, or checking with your credit card company to see if it is possible to cancel the transaction. You can also contact the Office de protection du consommateur du Québec if you encounter a problem with a resale site.
Ticketmaster’s certified fan-to-fan resale platform lets you buy and sell tickets at the price set by the artists. It’s simple and secure.
Note that certified resale is not available for all events. It is activated only at the request of the promoter and/or the artist.
As tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, certified resale is a good option if you are no longer able to attend an event.
Make sure you understand how certified resale works on the ticketmaster.ca website.
When you purchase certified resale tickets on ticketmaster.ca, allow up to 24 hours for them to appear in your account.
The Videotron Centre has special spaces for guests with reduced mobility and their companions.
These spaces are located in sections with an A at the end of the section number (e.g., 101A), in rows WC or ATT. In these sections, there is a limit of one companion ticket per guest with reduced mobility.
Note that these spaces are reserved for guests with reduced mobility and their companions.
To purchase reduced-mobility seats on ticketmaster.ca, turn on the Filters option and click on the Accessibility button. You will then see only the reduced-mobility and companion seats available for the event.
It is not possible to purchase a companion ticket by itself on Ticketmaster: the attendant (ATT) ticket must be purchased together with a reduced mobility (WC) ticket. Each person with reduced mobility is entitled to an attendant (who must pay for their ticket).
Please note that the Videotron Centre is not a partner of the Carte Accompagnateur Loisir (CAL) program.
We indicate that a seat has “limited view” or “obstructed view” when its view of the stage may be partially obstructed by technical equipment.
In most cases, the obstruction is not significant, but we prefer to warn you since we cannot guarantee your sightlines until the stage has been fully set up.
Tickets for seats that do not face the stage are labelled words “side stage” or “rear stage.” This means that you will have a view of the side or back of the stage.
A presale is an opportunity to buy tickets before they officially go on sale.
Presales are generally open to members of a group, such as the artist’s fan club, or holders of certain credit cards.
The artists and promoters determine who is eligible for presale tickets.
The Videotron Centre is often able to offer presale tickets to members of the Remparts Fan Club and subscribers to the Gestev+ newsletter. You can sign up for the newsletter at https://www.gestev.com/en/newsletter/
Note that access to a presale does not guarantee tickets or the best seats, as presale tickets are available in limited quantities.
When a customer selects a seat, the system reserves that seat for a short time and blocks access to it for all other customers.
If the customer does not complete the transaction, the seat becomes available again.
Also, as the event approaches, the event producer may release tickets that were previously unavailable for technical reasons.
* Note that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
The Videotron Centre is now a 100% digital transaction environment.
Visa, MC, AMEX and debit cards are accepted.
Note that purchases made online or by phone can be paid only by credit card.
If you don't have a credit card, you can buy your tickets in person at the box office with a debit card.
Alternatively, you could purchase a prepaid credit card at certain retail outlets or financial institutions. You will then need to activate your card and keep it until the date of the event.
Some artists offer their fans VIP packages. These vary from concert to concert, and don’t always offer the same perks. For more details on VIP offers, please refer to the artist's website.
A few days before the event, you will receive an email from the VIP package manager for the artist’s tour containing more information about your package. If you would like more information about your VIP package before then, please refer to the artist’s website or contact the promoter directly.
Children under 2 are admitted free of charge, as long as they sit on an adult's lap. They cannot occupy an extra seat and must be supervised at all times.* We also recommend that you bring hearing protection for your child to limit the decibel level to which they are exposed. This is at your discretion.
Children aged 2 and over must have their own ticket and sit in their own seat.
- For concerts, ticket pricing is generally the same for children and adults.
- For Remparts games, there is variable ticket pricing. See the price list and family packages.
* Subject to change depending on the type of event.

première place
Companies and individuals who helped finance the construction of the Videotron Centre by purchasing the right to use a seat.
As announced during the “Dernière Chance” campaign, it is no longer possible to purchase a seat.
As previously announced, Quebecor will honour all the terms of the J’ai ma place contract. We are currently collecting the names that seat holders want on their seats.
J’ai ma place no longer exists as an entity but the J’ai ma place team will continue serving members throughout the coming year, in partnership with Quebecor. This teamwork will ensure effective knowledge transfer and the continuation of the same top-notch customer service.
We are planning, together with the City of Québec, to recognize donors. The form remains to be determined. A number of options are under consideration.
The original purpose of J'ai ma place was to generate interest and demonstrate public support for the construction of a new multipurpose arena in Québec City. The Videotron Centre now exists and is a fixture on Québec City's landscape. Mission accomplished!
- Be a continuation of J’ai ma place;
- Be simple, clear, evocative and inspiring;
- Reflect the spirit of the Videotron Centre and Québec City.
Première Place members are notified by email of the dates and times of presales available to them. They can choose whether or not to avail themselves of this privilege. Due to different seating configurations, members cannot be given priority for the seats bearing their names.
Your customer number was assigned when you registered online and can also be found on your invoice. It begins with a zero. NOTE THAT IT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE NUMBER ON THE KEY CHAIN.
