Note that the areas visited are subject to change without notice. Guided tours of the Videotron Centre are not available on event days.
Please note that guided tours must be booked in advance. Unannounced visits cannot be accommodated.
TO REQUEST A GUIDED TOUR
To request a tour, please fill in the form below and we will contact you promptly. Note that submitting a request does not guarantee that a tour can be arranged.
Everything you need to know before your visit:
Minimum 20 people for a guided tour.
Duration: 60 minutes, including elevator rides
Meeting place: Main lobby (through West entrance), 15 minutes before tour time
It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume food or beverages on guided tours.
All visitors must comply with the Videotron Centre's regulations. Anyone whose behaviour is inappropriate may be refused access to the arena or asked to leave.
