General Regulations
To fully enjoy your visit to the Videotron Center, please familiarize yourself with the following regulations.
1 - Alcohol
Only alcoholic beverages sold on the Center premises are permitted. Anyone found with alcohol purchased outside the Center may be immediately expelled. Anyone consuming, possessing, or purchasing alcohol must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid ID in their possession.
3 - Cameras / Photography Equipment
Professional cameras are prohibited, defined as cameras with lenses over 200 mm or detachable lenses. Note that photography using a mobile phone is allowed, but flash use is strictly prohibited. To submit a request for professional camera accreditation, click HERE.
5 - Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Videotron Center.
7 - Security Checks / Bags
All bags are subject to inspection. Only personal handbags and bags containing baby items are permitted. Bags larger than 14’’ x 12’’ x 6’’ (35.56 cm x 30.48 cm x 15.24 cm) are prohibited. For certain events, Center staff may conduct a brief search or use a metal detector. Guests who refuse inspection will be denied entry without refund.
9 - Payment Method
The Videotron Center is a cashless venue. Please plan to use Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or debit cards
11 - Phones
Cell phones are permitted, but use must not interfere with the comfort of other spectators.

2 - Animals
Except for service animals, no animals are allowed inside the Center.
4 - Code of Conduct
The Videotron Center is a place for entertainment and gatherings. Courtesy and respect are required. To maintain a welcoming atmosphere, the following behaviors are prohibited and may result in expulsion:
4.1 Threatening, disrespectful, or abusive language or gestures
4.2 Fighting
4.3 Intoxication due to alcohol or drugs
4.4 Throwing objects
You must sit in the seat assigned to your ticket and present it upon request to any Center staff. Management reserves the right to expel any guest whose behavior is disrespectful, dangerous, or disruptive to the event, without refund.
6 - Gifts and Wrapping
Due to security policies, if you wish to celebrate a birthday, special event, or children’s party at the Videotron Center, we strongly recommend using gift bags to allow security personnel to easily inspect the contents. All wrapped gifts must be opened for inspection
8 - Prohibited Items
To ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees, the following items are prohibited:
8.1 Alcohol purchased outside the Center
8.2 Food and beverages purchased outside the Center
Exceptions may be granted for guests with food allergies. The Center also offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes (see “Food Options” section).
8.3 Drugs
8.4 Laser pointers, air horns, whistles, megaphones, cowbells, or any device or object whose volume, sound, or light disrupts the audience or is considered dangerous
8.5 Video cameras or any audio-recording device, including iPads, tablets, and GoPros
8.6 Stolen or counterfeit tickets
8.7 Aerosol cans, fireworks, helium balloons, metal, aluminum (cans), glass, or hard plastic containers *Please note that this includes all types of water bottles.
8.8 Inline skates, roller skates, skateboards, and bicycles
8.9 Coolers
8.10 Possession or use of any weapon, blunt object, explosives, firecrackers, fireworks, gas, smoke bombs, incendiary items, pepper spray, or any other hazardous material or object potentially dangerous to attendees
8.11 Items that obstruct the view of other spectators, such as banners, posters, flags, or sticks
8.12 Helmets, strollers, and umbrellas
8.13 Weapons or dangerous objects
8.14 Backpacks or items larger than a briefcase
8.15 Any additional item prohibited at the promoter’s discretion
10 - No Re-entry
Re-entry is prohibited at the Videotron Center. This rule also applies to smokers. Once you leave the arena, you may not return.
